You'll meet your dedicated groomer, who will take the time to get to know your dog and discuss any specific grooming requirements or concerns you may have. This personal introduction ensures your pet feels comfortable and secure with their groomer.

Together with your groomer, a tailored grooming plan will be created to suit your dog's unique coat, skin, and health needs. This plan ensures that your pet receives the best possible care and attention during their visit.

Your pup will enjoy a luxurious pampering session, which includes a thorough bath, blow-out and brush, along with selected services. Our team uses high-quality products and techniques to ensure a relaxing and rejuvenating experience.

Once your pup is ready you have a 1 hour grace period to pick-up. When you return to pick up your freshly groomed dog, our staff will provide you with aftercare tips to maintain their new look and keep them comfortable. We’ll also address any questions you have about ongoing grooming and care for your pet.
