Eligibility for Returns

• Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.
• Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.

Non-Returnable Items

• Final sale items, gift cards, and perishable goods (like treats or chews) cannot be returned.
• For health and safety reasons, grooming products that have been opened or used are not eligible for return.

Return Shipping Costs
